Account Management
Here is information on how to manage your account and organisation on the platform. The same processes apply to all types of users and organisations on the platform.
If you have a finance team at your organisation, please send them an invite so they can review invoices on the platform. Documents are currently only available on the platform.
Register your organisation to the platform
- Request a registration link from the admin.
- Open your invite link.
- Fill out the form with all of your business information as well as your user account information.
Note: The business address is what will be used by the logistics provider to determine your location. The billing address is what will appear on invoices.
- For Sellers Only: When you have entered the site, click on Stripe Account in the menu and follow the steps for Stripe registration. See more information in Payments and Invoicing
Register a new user to your organisation
- Click on the profile icon at the top right of your screen.
Skip this step if you are a buyer
- Click on Settings.
- Enter the new user’s email in the input box and click invite.
- An email will be sent to them with an invitation link.
Please ask the invited user to check their spam folder if they do not receive the email.
Register as a new user to an existing organisation on the platform
- Ask someone in your organisation to send you an invite link.
- Open the invite link.
- Complete the registration form.
User Permissions
All users for each organisation have the same permissions. This means they can all do the same things. As a result, it is important that you only invite people who you trust to have access to your organisation’s information.
