Picking Process Overview

After orders have closed to buyers, their orders are automatically confirmed. It is now up to you to pick the items and follow the process below:

Steps to Finish Picking Your Items

1. Orders close to buyers. They are now confirmed and you are responsible for picking the items.
2. Click the View Pick List action on the market cycle page to view your pick list.
3. Click the download button in the top right corner to download a PDF version of your pick list. This will have orders aggregated by product and by buyer.

4. If you find that you are short on stock compared to what has been ordered, you can declare a stock shortage (short). Please refer to Declare Stock Shortages.
5. If you had catch weight items, you will need to declare the weight of the items you have orders for. Please refer to Declare Catch Weights.
6. When you are sure that what is listed on your pick list (this will have updated with your shorts) is correct, click “Confirm Pick” to let everyone know the status of your order and confirm that what you have ready is accurate to the pick list.
