FAQs

What is a market cycle?

  • A market cycle is a delivery that has been agreed with the logistics provider that you can list products at any time up until it closes to buyers.
  • Each market cycle has a buyer opening time, closing time and logistics transfer time.
  • When the market cycle is open to buyers, they can reserve items and adjust their reservations. These are then confirmed when the market cycle closes to them.

I have less stock than I listed, the market cycle is open to buyers, what do I do?

  1. Go to the page of the market cycle in question.
  2. Click edit on the product you don’t have enough of at the bottom of the page.

Note: you will not be able to reduce your stock to a level lower than what has already been ordered.

    • If you have less than what has been ordered, declare this as a shortage after the buying period has ended.

I have less stock than I listed, the market cycle is closed to buyers but before the delivery day, what do I do?

  1. Go to the page of the market cycle in question.
  2. Click on the action to declare a shortage.
  3. Insert the amount of product you are short by and who you want to allocate the remaining to.

I realised I sent out less stock than what was on the pick list after I have handed over to logistics, what do I do?

  1. Contact the admin as soon as possible who will adjust the invoices that are sent out to the buyers.

I forgot to declare a market cycle as picked before the delivery day. How do I do it now?

  1. Go to Orders via the sidebar on the left.
  2. Click on an order from that market cycle from the list.
  3. Click on the link to the market cycle on the right hand side of the order page. This will take you to the market cycle page.

How do I change the proce of a product I have already listed?

  1. If the product has no orders, you can un-list it by setting the quantity to 0.
  2. Adjust the price in your product catalog.
  3. Re-list the product in your market cycle. page.

Note: If there are already orders, reduce the stock so no further orders can be made, then contact admin.
