FAQs
What is a market cycle?
- A market cycle is a delivery that has been agreed with the logistics provider that you can list products at any time up until it closes to buyers.
- Each market cycle has a buyer opening time, closing time and logistics transfer time.
- When the market cycle is open to buyers, they can reserve items and adjust their reservations. These are then confirmed when the market cycle closes to them.
I have less stock than I listed, the market cycle is open to buyers, what do I do?
- Go to the page of the market cycle in question.
- Click edit on the product you don’t have enough of at the bottom of the page.
Note: you will not be able to reduce your stock to a level lower than what has already been ordered.
- If you have less than what has been ordered, declare this as a shortage after the buying period has ended.
