What a seller's minimum order means for your cart
Some sellers set a minimum order value — the smallest amount you need to spend with them in a single market cycle for them to fulfil your order. If you don't reach a seller's minimum before the cycle closes, those items are removed from your basket automatically.
This is applied per seller. You might comfortably clear the minimum for one seller while falling short for another in the same cart.
What you'll see in your cart
When you have items in your cart, each seller is shown as its own group with a status badge:

| Below minimum | You need to add more from this seller, or the items will be removed. |
| No minimum | This seller hasn't set a minimum — order any amount. |
If a seller group is below its minimum, the cart also shows how much more you need to spend and a countdown to when the items will be removed. The countdown turns amber as the warning point approaches and red once removal is due.
The warning email
Around 3 hours before the cycle closes, if any of your seller baskets are still below their minimum, you'll get a single email listing every seller you're short with and the amount needed for each. Use it as a prompt to top up before the deadline.
You'll only get one warning email per cycle, covering all the sellers you're below the minimum for.
What happens if you don't top up
Around 2 hours before the cycle closes, Tream removes any items in baskets that are still below the seller's minimum.
- The items leave your basket automatically.
- You are not charged for removed items — nothing is invoiced.
- If removing items empties an order entirely, that order is cancelled.
- Removal happens quietly, so check your cart after the warning if you want to be sure.
Just added something? Items you added in the last 30 minutes before removal are protected and won't be taken out — even if you're still below the minimum. Older items in the same basket may still be removed, so it's best to clear the minimum well before the deadline.
How to keep your items
- Open your Cart.
- Find any seller group marked Below minimum.
- Add more products from that seller (or increase quantities) until the badge shows Minimum met.
You can do this any time before the removal deadline shown in the countdown. If you'd rather let the items go, you don't need to do anything — they'll be removed for you and you won't be charged.
