Payments and Invoicing
Invoices
Invoices are raised for each seller or service provider you have ordered from. This means if you ordered from multiple sellers in one market cycle or across the invoiced period, there will be invoices from each of these sellers as well as the logistics provider and admin.
- Payment can be made for these invoices by going to the payments area of the finance section of the platform. There you can see the invoices that are due for payment and how to make payment.
- Invoices can be downloaded from the invoices section of the finance area of the platform for your records. You can also see the status of each invoice.
Making a Payment
Payments are made via bank transfer to the bank account with information in the Payment section within the Finance area of the platform.
- After your order has been delivered, the admin will send you an email to check the payments area of the finance section.
you will receive a payment request notification with a link to the payment on the platform via email. This will be sent to business email you used to register your account with.
Note: The automated emails are not complete yet. In the meantime, the admin will notify you when payments are ready to be made via email.
- Click on a payment in the Payments area.
- On the payment view you will see the account information to pay in to and the reference to use, as well as all of the invoices that will be paid with this payment.
- Add the reference to your transfer and transfer to the bank account listed in the payment request on the platform. This account is unique for each buyer organisation.
The correct reference is essential for us to identify your payment. If you do not include the correct reference, we will not be able to match your payment to your order.
- Once the payment has been made, soon after you will see the payment status change to “Paid” in the Finance area of the platform. If you do not transfer the full amount, you will see the payment status change to “Partially Paid” and see the relevant outstanding amount.
