View Unconfirmed Orders

While a market cycle is still open to buyers, you can view an overview of your sales at the bottom of the market cycle or by clicking on “view orders”.

View Pick List

Once the market cycle closes to buyers you can view your pick list in the Actions section of the market cycle.

Steps to Finish Picking Your Items

1. Use the pick list to separate your orders by buyer.
2. Declare any catch-weight items (if you have any).
3. Declare any stock shortages. These cannot be amended after you have listed a stock shortage as the buyer’s order is updated at this point and cannot be changed.
4. When you are sure that what is listed on your pick list (this will have updated with your shorts) is correct, click “Confirm Pick” to let everyone know the status of your order and confirm that what you have ready is accurate to the pick list.

View Past Orders

Once a market cycle goes past its delivery date, the market cycle view disappears and you can now see individual orders in your Orders section. The whole past market cycle can be accessed via a link on the right of each order page.
